The GENERATION AI project aims to support young learners in developing an evidence-based understanding of Artificial Intelligence and support them in developing skills needed to become critical consumers of this modern technology. Ultimately, this support for young learners will be given by teachers. To ensure that all students are taught by effective, wellprepared, and meaningfully supported teachers, the GENERATION AI project designed and implemented a professional development training for teachers on AI-STEM education. The professional development training was a 3-day online event. This E-Guide, offers a summary of the training event, including learning objectives, reading materials, and quizzes to self-assess your obtained knowledge. The document can be used as a guide to work through the slides of the training event, available on www.generation-ai.eu.

The training aimed to do this through three goals: - Knowledge construction: Supporting teachers in developing a basic understanding of AI and AI applications. - Ethics: Supporting teachers in developing a basic understanding of the ethical issues surrounding AI, such as AI Bias, and introducing teachers to the process of ethical decision making within AI design. - Skills Development: Supporting teachers in developing skills needed to integrate AI in the primary school classroom.
